Clear Crisp Autumn Morning

I am on my way to work right now rd and am looking at a lovely clear sky. The thin crescent of a waning moon in the west, in a clear crisp sky looks wonderful.Orion is high in the southwest along with Taurus, and the Pleiades can even be seen through the light polluted skies of North Vancouver.

I wish I could take a picture so I could share it with you.

I have always loved the winter constellations and the clear dark skies. I am also really hoping to have my Meade LX200 back in my hands soon enough to enjoy the stars of winter.

Just a quick update, I just looked out the window of the train and with the sun rising in the east I can make out Mt. Baker with the crescent moon high to its left, breathtaking!
